World Inspection Network home inspectors are chosen time and time again because of their professionalism. In fact, when surveyed, Realtors® chose this trait as the #1 aspect considered when referring a home inspector.

Also setting WIN apart, is its unique high-visibility "mobile business" concept which includes everything from its inspector's brightly identified service vehicles and clothing to their exclusive, computerized narrative inspection reporting system.

A must for all Realtors®, lenders, and brokers to consider is indemnification from a suit brought on by an error or omission in the home inspection process. All WIN inspectors are certified and insured with a policy that includes an "Additional Insured Endorsement." WIN is proud to carry such a comprehensive plan, as it is not commonplace for home inspectors to do so.

Differentiating WIN inspectors from all others even further is the wide array of services available. With environmental concerns on the rise, WIN inspectors are qualified to perform: radon screening, sampling for formaldehyde, asbestos, lead in water, water quality analysis, septic and well system evaluations, and swimming pool inspections; in addition to complete structural inspections.

At World Inspection Network, we know that having a home inspection before you purchase or sell a house is not just a good idea, it's a necessity. Our home inspection professionals understand that you have your family's safety and security at heart.

Comprehensive home inspections for home buyers covering hundreds of items involving a home's interior and exterior, structural and major systems like plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, and much more.

Find-It-First
Preventive maintenance inspections for homeowners that help to identify current or potential issues within a home and provide recommendations for repairs or preventive measures that may help eliminate future surprises. Find it First™ preventive maintenance inspections are designed to identify current or potential issues within a home. We will check hundreds of items and suggest repairs and preventive measures that could save you money down the road and avoid unwanted surprises.

Inspections are designed to disclose defects in the property that could materially affect its safety, livability, or resale value. They are not designed to disclose cosmetic deficiencies (for example, a closet door that needs paint touch up). You will need to determine on your own those type of items that will need attention. Cosmetic deficiences are those deficiences that do not affect the safety or security of the home's occupants.

As a potential home buyer you should not wait until you have placed an offer on a house before you begin the search for a home inspector. There is usually a limited window of oppurtunity in the contract designating when the inspection must be completed (typically between 7 and 14 days). If you start trying to find an inspector at that point, and cannot find an acceptable one to schedule it in that time frame, you will only have two choices: go with an inspector that is not your first choice, or run the risk of running past the deadline for the inspection (which could void any chance having the seller take care of repairs). Neither should be an acceptable alternative!
